At Condoms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the merchandise in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the items are protected during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
